How we prepare orders at Beyazıt Toptan
We prepare the models and colours you request at our warehouse and do not add a different model or colour to your order. You can request a video of your prepared package or a video call with our warehouse during working hours.
We visually inspect products through their protective wrapping. We do not open the packaging to test zippers. If you encounter a manufacturing or zipper-related problem after delivery, contact our WhatsApp support line.

Payment, packaging and shipping
We prepare orders in protective packaging at our Beyazıt warehouse and dispatch them by cargo. For deliveries within Turkey, the carrier depends on the payment method.
Orders paid by bank transfer/EFT are shipped with Aras Kargo. Orders paid in cash or by credit card on delivery are shipped with Sürat Kargo.
