We prepare the colors and models specified in your request; no different color or model is added to your order.
Pre-shipping inspection
Bags are inspected through their protective packaging before shipment. Zippers are not opened to preserve the packaging; if a zipper issue occurs, we provide a return shipping code and help you send the product back.
Pay-on-delivery flexibility
You can pay by cash or credit card upon delivery. When your shipment is ready, you may also request a video call or a video of your package.
